Step 1
Once we’ve set you up on the system, you can log in to our members’ area using your existing username and password to see how your customers’ Navigator transactions are progressing every step of the way.
Step 2
The conveyancers on our panel are set up and fully trained on the system. They will be able to log in and complete all their tasks in the conveyancing process as they occur to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
Step 3
We’ll set your customers up on Navigator so they can start their conveyancing process straight away, uploading documents securely from the comfort of their own home. From then on, Navigator will send them friendly email reminders of everything they need to do and guide them through the process.
Step 4
If they get stuck at any point, they can click the help button or phone one of their key contacts that are clearly visible on the right hand side of the screen.
