Our exclusive iPX App was designed to improve the customer journey, engaging them from the outset in the valuation process. Our innovative App allows the customer to select live on market and sold properties most similar to theirs. It will also summarise the local market for their specific house types, in real-time, giving your teams an instant overview on the local market; including sold ratios and average days on market. This allows your teams to instantly see if there is a preference on schemes for the customer (PX vs AS) based on the market condition. Managing customers expectations upfront and increasing customer engagement ultimately results in an uplift in conversion rates. Our clients have seen an increase in conversion of circa 10%.

Our industry leading Market Appraisal report provides you with all the information you need to asses the value of a dependent property. We arrange for at least two accredited, independent local estate agents to value the property. This is then supported by whole of market data to provide in-depth analysis of comparable properties in the surrounding area and local market conditions.

Delivered in a vendor-friendly format, our reports give your sales team the confidence to put forward offers to your customers and convert them to sales.


On market property reporting provided as often as required, detailing viewings, feedback, offers and agent comments. Live STC reports containing full chain information along with all relevant milestones, buyer and solicitor updates.

Also provided is a monthly, high level full portfolio summary. We track sales trends, average price achieved and days to sell for the whole portfolio. We provided detailed analysis on any on-market stock as a whole and highlight any potential concerns. Also included is a full performance overview of your STC pipleine.

Our bespoke local market analysis system allows us to provide you with a detailed review document, for every unsold property, each month, providing all the evidence and analysis to justify any required changes to the property’s marketing strategy. The intuitive system allows us to track market trends and report on any changes in the local market over the previous 6 month.. It reviews on market and SSTC comparables that were not available at point of valuation. Provides full details and recommendations on strategy, considering price, agents and condition. These reports are carried out every 30 days, ensuring any required action is taken early which helps avoid losses later down the line.


Exclusively for our clients, Re-Trawl matches all non-proceeding PX valuation requests to new open market listings. We are notified of these listing and on your behalf, then begin to ‘watch’ those properties. You will be notified if a property reduces its price, which gives you the opportunity to re-approach and try again for the deal. Just as importantly, we get real-time updates if a property goes SSTC, giving you back a fully proceed-able buyer.
