Founded in 1997 and based in Cambridgeshire, Move with Us employs approximately 300 members of staff. We provide a market leading conveyancing service to estate agents across the country, from large chains to single offices. We work with a panel of over 200 legal firms who are chosen for their expertise, customer service and speed so that the legal aspects of the move go smoothly.

With over 20 years experience, we tailor our service to each agency, and our large, dedicated team will help you make the most of every conveyancing opportunity. We’ll get your clients moved quickly and deliver a leading customer experience that reflects your brand and increases your income. Our conveyancing service is offered on a ‘no move, no legal fee’ basis and the fee is also fixed so customers using this service are never left out of pocket.

Our exclusive and bespoke new system provides a direct feed between estate agents system and our own. Giving us the ability to contact leads at an earlier stage to ensure there are no missed opportunities in selling conveyancing services. Our fully white labelled and GDPR compliant offering calls from a local number and all email contact comes from your own business email address.

APT – Our partner agents have control and visibility over their sales pipeline through our online system ‘apt’. It provides real time information on clients’ files so they can be proactively managed through to exchange in the fastest time. apt improves communication between parties which saves time by reducing the need to phone for updates.

Move with Us provide specialist property debt solutions via our partner CD Fairfield Capital and their brands Negative Equity UK and Landlord Debt Advisory.

CD Fairfield Capital is a market leading, innovative property debt specialist and the only company of it’s type authorised and regulated by both the Financial Conduct Authority and Chartered Accountancy Regulatory Board.

They offer a unique service to clients experiencing unmanageable levels of property debt. Providing bespoke help to investors, landlords and homeowners.
