Take That star’s former home up for sale

6 July 2011

The house that Gary Barlow bought for approximately £1million back in 1995 has been put up for sale recently for a house valuation of £7.25million. Barlow, who is currently touring following the reformation of the band, is believed to have sold the mansion around five years ago for about £4.7million – a decent profit.

The property, called Delemere Manor Estate, can be found in Cuddington, Cheshire and boasts plenty of sought after features – including six bedrooms, a recording studio, gym, cinema room and even its own nightclub. There is also a separate Lodge with a further four bedrooms and a staff flat above the garage.

Set in 117 acres of countryside, Delemere Manor Estate also includes a six acre lake, equestrian facilities and a tennis court.
