Strangest questions asked during a viewing

A recent surveyed completed by Move with Us has uncovered the bizarre things estate agents are asked when conducting viewings. We expected a few odd answers but what we got raised more than a few smiles!

22%- of the questions estate agents were asked happened to be general questions about the property. Our favourites include ‘Did you see the escaped convict leave the property?’,
‘Is the kitchen inside or outside?’, ‘Can I try before I buy?’, ‘How often will the grass need to be cut? (It was fake!)’ and ‘Is there
insulation in the garden?’.
19%- of questions customers asked estate agents were about ghosts. One estate agent even report being asked if he was aware of any spirits residing in the property. Then the
customer
proceeded to try to connect to the ‘other side’ in the hall way  just to make sure. Another customer welcomed spirits in the house as she ‘likes the company’!
13%- of questions were about what’s included in the property
purchase. The award for the most unusual freeloader goes to the man who asked ‘Would the vendor be prepared to include the parrot?’.
12%- of the questions asked were about animals of which 30% were about cows. The top three questions are ‘Does the roof have a squirrel problem?’, ‘Do the cows moo loudly?’ and
‘Are those cows always in the field?’.
6%- were about the neighbours who, the estate agents have
probably never met! The most random questions include ‘Do the neighbours eat a lot of chips?’ and ‘How many cats do all the neighbours have?’.
