Steven Tyler has purchased an idyllic property on Hawaii for $2 million under the asking price.

The Aerosmith front man bought the pentagonal pad for $4.8 million which sits on a nature reserve overlooking the ocean in Maui.

The property features two bedrooms, over three bathrooms, a floor to ceiling aquarium and an infinity pool.

Tyler will live there with his fiancée Erin Brady. The pair had the house blessed prior to moving in witha local Hawaiian ceremony. Tyler commented that: “There’s always some island person that comes and blesses the house, gets rid of all, you know, whatever was left over from there before.”
