Move with Us have been recognised in The Telegraph 1000 list for their continued growth during the recession, generation of employment and supporting Britain’s recovery as a vital section of the economy.

As one of the top performing businesses in the UK during the recession, Move with Us has been named in the list of top performing mid-sized companies that have contributed to the prosperity of Britain by pioneering new ways to grow. Combined, the companies named in The Telegraph 1000 generate in excess of £50bn in sales.

Robin King, Director, Move with Us, said: “We adapted quickly to a changing property environment in 2007 which was experiencing lower transaction volumes and demands for better value. The hard work and skill of our dedicated teams together with the commitment of our partner agents have ensured continued success at Move with Us. We are extremely proud to be recognised by The Telegraph for our contribution to the UK’s economy and this proves just how robust we have been through some of the most difficult economic conditions.

“In the residential market when times get hard, we know that there will always be an initial panic in the market to liquidate stock or reduce exposure to debt. However, this is generally followed by a long and protracted period where buyers become motivated by life changes rather than aspiration and the market starts to build momentum again. We’ve weathered the storm, the market is starting to pick up again and we are developing new strategies to ensure both we, and our partners, propel in 2014.”
