The Telegraph has released the top 20 most expensive cities in which to rent a property. The countdown is based on the Global Property Guide’s average price for a 120 square metre apartment in a ‘prime inner city area’.

Monaco has topped the list as the most expensive city to rent. It incidentally holds the highest life expectancy rates at 90 year old and has 0% unemployment.
