Overall they helped 60% of residents to claim all the benefits they were permitted to which came to a grand total of £3,092,192.

A spokesperson for Radian remarked that: “Radian has found that many of its residents, and people who it supports, are not currently claiming what they are rightfully entitled to, let alone the exaggerated amounts revealed in some articles.”

It is has been reported that a high number of residents don’t claim for benefits they are entitled to as they find the system confusing.
