Amy Winehouse’s former residence in Camden will be sold at auction next month.

The semi detached property will be sold on 3 December with a guide price of £1.8 million as reported on propertydrum.com.

The property has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a gym, reception room and specially sound proofed music room.

The auctioneer commented on propertydrum.com that: “We have had a lot of people requesting to view the house so far, but at this early a stage of instruction we are not sure how many prospective buyers are serious. We have had a few people messing us about and just wanting to view the singer’s house. Consequently, we are asking potential bidders to pay to download the legal pack relating to the property.

“We have guided the house at £1.8 million, but ultimately it will fetch its level on the day of the auction.”
