Receipt of vouchers
After 60 days notification of your house sale completing, we will send you your M&S vouchers by recorded delivery.
Please note that the £75 vouchers in option one can be exchanged for your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). The EPC is a legal requirement ahead of sale and you can tick this off your list in exchange for your M&S vouchers.
Terms and Conditions
1. Only available by registering for a Move with Us valuation on movewithus.co.uk or speaking to a Move planner about a house valuation, and not by any other means e.g. via an estate agent.
2. The promotion only applies to customers that have registered for a house valuation through movewithus.co.uk or through a Move Planner and have used a Move with Us agent to sell their house. This offer applies to any properties instructed between the 1 June 2011 and the 30 July 2011 for the sale of a property, with legal completion taking place before 30 June 2013.
3. The promotion shall open on 1 June and remain open until 30 June 2011.
4. Only one voucher per household.
5. The promoter is Move with Us plc, registered in England no. 3883536. Registered Office Grant Hall, St Ives Business Park, Parsons Green, Cambridgeshire PE27 4AA.
5. To qualify for the vouchers you must register for a house valuation on either movewithus.co.uk or through a Move Planner and they have gone on to use a Move with Us agent to sell their house.
6. There are no cash alternatives to the promotion.
7. Vouchers will be sent to you after 60 days notification of legal completion of your house completion.
8. Move with Us reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
9. Move with Us’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion.

11. This voucher incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other Move with Us promotion.
12. This offer cannot be back-dated to include any transactions that were instructed before the promotion’s opening date.
13. Not to be combined with any other promotional discount or offer.
14. This promotion is not available to customers from our estate agency partners.
15. This promotion is not available for customers using our part exchange or probate sales management services.
16. This promotion is only valid if you are introduced to your selling estate agent through Move with Us.
