Q. How does the rewards scheme work?
A. Put simply, the more Move with Us services you use, the more you get back. Grouping together our sales, conveyancing and mortgage services can earn you up to £150 worth of M&S vouchers.
Q. What are the two options?
A. If you sell your house through an estate agent introduced by Move with Us and use either our conveyancing or mortgage service, then you receive £75 worth of vouchers after you complete. If you sell your house through an estate agent introduced by Move with Us and you use both our conveyancing and mortgage services then you will earn £150 worth of vouchers after you complete.
Q. What if I go and see one of the estate agents directly?
A. The rewards scheme is only available for those who have been introduced to an estate agent by Move with Us.
Q. How long will it take before my vouchers arrive?
A. We will send you the vouchers within 60 days of your house sale legally completing.
Q. What if my voucher fails to arrive?
A. If your voucher has not arrived within 70 days of your house sale completing, please let us know and we will investigate.
Q. Are there any other vouchers available?
A. You can also earn £50 worth of vouchers by recommending a friend to use the Move with Us sales service.
