Recommend a friend to Move with Us - £50 M&S voucher offer. Please note that the offer is only applicable when referring new customers to Move with Us.
Please ensure that you have your friend’s consent before releasing any personal information to us.
Receipt of vouchers
After 60 days notification of legal completion of the sale of your friend’s house , we will send you £50 worth of M&S vouchers by recorded delivery.
Terms and Conditions
1. Only available by following the steps set out on this website and not by any other means e.g. via a retail outlet.
2. You may recommend as many friends and family you like but this offer will only be applicable to each unique house sale.
3. The promotion only applies to customers that have registered their friend on either movewithus.co.uk or through a Move Planner and have used a Move with Us agent to sell their house. This offer applies to any properties instructed between the 1 June 2011 and the 30 June 2012 for the sale of a property, with legal completion taking place before 30 June 2013.
4. The promotion shall remain open until 30 June 2012.
5. Only one voucher per property sold
6. The promoter is Move with Us plc, registered in England no. 3883536. Registered Office Grant Hall, St Ives Business Park, Parsons Green, Cambridgeshire PE27 4AA.
7. To qualify for the £50 vouchers you must register your friend on either movewithus.co.uk or through a Move Planner and they have gone on to use a Move with Us agent to sell their house and that house sale legally completes.
8. There are no cash alternatives to the promotion.
9. Vouchers will be sent to you after 60 days notification of legal completion of your friend’s house completion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you keep us updated of any change in the address where you would like your vouchers sent.
10. Move with Us reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
11. Move with Us’ decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion.
