Arun Estates hits £1m conveyancing mark through movewithus

The successful business partnership between movewithus, the leading property transaction specialist, and ARUN Estates, the holding company for well known Estate Agency brands - Cubitt and West, Wyatt and Sons, Pittis and Sons, Rooney & Co, Douglas Allen, Ward and Partners has led to a record high in Conveyancing figures for both companies. After only one full financial year movewithus has already managed to drive over £1 million worth of Conveyancing revenue for their associate.

The affiliation between the two businesses originated in 2005 with movewithus undertaking the Conveyancing on behalf of Douglas Allen, a branch network of ARUN. This partnership came to fruition with the subsequent extension of ARUN Conveyancing, in conjunction with movewithus, to over 80 offices throughout the country. This joint venture continues to grow and ARUN expects the relationship to increase revenue to them by approximately £2 million in the financial year 2007 – 2008.

This year, further plans to develop this association are firmly in motion. ARUN Investment is now being offered as a white labeled product from movewithus, allowing property investors to buy overseas and in the UK. movewithus continues to benefit from referrals to the network from ARUN and there are significant new joint projects in the pipeline such as “utility switching” and HIP provision.
