The UK’s leading property specialist, movewithus, based in Cambridgeshire, is celebrating after being ranked number one property network for the second year running in the league table of property Affinity Groups and Franchise Operations published by Estate Agency News.

movewithus works in partnership with over 1100 estate agency offices across the UK and is quickly becoming one of the largest and most successful networks in the country; responsible for the sale of property worth £600 million in 2006. Further expansion is planned for 2007 and membership is expected to maintain a steady growth rate.  With a change in legislation now fast approaching, movewithus is also concentrating its efforts on delivering HIPs to members and associates, subsequently attracting more clients with ‘must sell properties’ to use the network.
 

This recent accolade follows the company’s recognition, at the end of 2006, as one of the fastest growing companies in the UK for the second year running by The Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 survey - the annual league table which ranks the UK’s top one hundred unquoted companies with the fastest-growing sales, and tracks the top performing private companies and entrepreneurs.
