movewithus Awarded GE Life Equity Release Brief

National property services network, movewithus, has been selected by GE Life to manage the sale of all void property for its Equity Release product in the UK, valued at £60m per annum. The process, which would involve obtaining three valuations on each property, providing an appraisal of the property, instructing local independent agents, providing marketing advice and coordinating the sale until exchange, will be managed through movewithus’ corporate property services division.

The deal is a significant enhancement of the company’s existing relationship with GE Life, having managed its national maintenance works for void properties for over three years. movewithus will now also be responsible for increasing the efficiency GE’s the property disposal process and aims to reduce the timescale of sales by 80% per annum.
