movewithus offers its clients immediate online access to their HIPs as soon as they are ordered. Agents can log in to the service through the movewithus website, using their exclusive username and password, and track all their orders online. Additionally, agents can also monitor the progress of each individual component of the transaction, thereby removing any protraction that may occur.

movewithus has also included a buyer’s portal in its HIP service to benefit its customers. Once the agent has ordered the HIP they can register their customer online to grant them full access to the property’s details. The consumer can then log in and view the status report of their HIP, providing them with a greater clarity to the process.

The movewithus online system also incorporates a system to assist with the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) graphs that are required as part of the HIP.
