Two greengold investment workshops presented by movewithus and Powerscourt were well received on the 25th July at the Mandarin Oriental, Hyde Park.
The seminars were based around the new unique investment opportunities in Argentina, offered exclusively by movewithus. project greengold was recently featured in The Sunday Times as one of ‘Five ways to earn 10% on your cash’. This is incorrect however, as greengold actually offers 14% back on your original investment!
The investor is advised to purchase farmland in Argentina for an original investment of £10,000. Based on a Victorian investment model, the land is passed onto South American Asset Management (SAAM), who will pay the investor 10% in arrears for ten years before purchasing the land outright for 150% of the original investment. This represents an annual return of around 14%. Overall, the minimum investment of £10,000 will return an impressive £25,000 after the ten year period.
The workshop was run by Robert Van de Weyer, the owner of Powerscourt. Mr. Van de Weyer has a wealth of experience supporting him as he studied for 20 years as a university lecturer in Economics and Law, teaching at both Cambridge and Anglia Ruskin University. Robin King, director of movewithus, was also heavily involved in the discussions, involving himself with investors and contributing regularly to help the dialogue progress.
Both the morning and the afternoon seminars were exclusive, limiting the attendance to only ten investors per meeting, with a mix of both new and experienced investors bringing different qualities to the table. The restricted numbers ensured the investor could engage in personalised group discussions and offered them the chance to speak to movewithus consultants on a one-to-one basis. Potential investors were offered to chance to involve themselves in the discussion and any queries were welcomed with informative and constructive responses.
