movewithus, the UK's leading property transaction specialist, today announces the launch of a unique structured property investment, offering UK investors the opportunity to invest in land being farmed for soya, wheat, corn, etc., in Argentina. movewithus - project greengold®, is set to take advantage of strong global soft commodities prices and will be based on a Victorian investment model that assures the return to investors of 10% per annum for 10 years investment. Additionally, the asset (the land) will be held in trust for investors and sold at the end of the 10-year venture giving investors an additional premium, making the total return on the investment 150%.

The investment is structured such that an investors' money will be paid to Powerscourt, the structured finance specialists, and invested into the plots of arable land. The land will then be occupied by South American Asset Management S.A. (SAAM SA), a property manager based in Argentina, which will produce the crops, predominantly growing soya. Investors will purchase plots, divided into lots of 2.5 hectares, costing £10,000 per plot.  SAAM will pay the investor 10% annually in arrears for 10 years and, after the 10 years, purchase the land at 150% times the purchase value. As an example at the end of the investment period, an investor who has made a £10,000 investment will have at least his/her original £10,000 returned, plus an extra £5,000 from the land sale, plus £10,000 in rent - so the minimum an investor has back in his hand at the end of 10 years is £25,000. In addition, there are opportunities for further returns from the sale of the carbon credits from the land, making project greengold® a sound proposition for ethical investors.
