“I’ve worked for movewithus for nearly nine years, I joined the company when it was partners in property or PIP as we called it, we only had around 20 staff, ten in the day and ten within the call centre, Although the company has grown there is still a family feel about it, the directors actually sit amongst us which I feel is important they are on the shop floor they can offer guidance and more importantly can see how we are looking after their vision, but also they share the day to day highs and lows, and it shows everyone matters.

I started in the call centre two evenings a week, then joined the day team quite soon after , initially as a temporary job to help out whilst they were busy, I have to say this is the longest temporary job I’ve had (only joking). They recognized potential within me that I previously hadn’t seen myself and

movewithus have helped me believe that whatever my goal they will support me in achieving this.  I have gone from working in a call centre to presenting to rooms full of up to 30 people which is amazing and something I would have never thought I was capable of, and on top of this I am a working mum which they have always respected.
