movewithus has been celebrating its second consecutive win of the Estate Agency News’ annual affinity groups and franchise operations award. The accolade has been presented in recognition of the immense strengthening of the movewithus network’s position, which has led to a 56-office increase.

The diversity of movewithus has meant that it has been successful in a wide range of innovative property propositions. This has led to the development of important partnerships over the last year, which has been instrumental in their success.

Further growth has seen Part-exchange sales for 2007 reach in excess of 4,500, with expectations that they will reach a mammoth 6,000 this year. Such impressive figures demonstrate the level of growth and success movewithus has been enjoying in the past year. This is a revelation of the effectiveness of the overall business model and strategy.

The investor department has launched a number of popular developments throughout the world. Their Project Greengold and Villa Del Mar investments have been especially popular and have proven that there are still lucrative and secure opportunities to invest in, despite a perceived lack of confidence in the performance of the property industry over the past six months.
