We are taking the next step in the implementation of our star rating system; designed to ensure that best practice methods are being carried out by our member agents on behalf of our corporate clients.
Since their launch in late 2007, the star rating system has ensured that participating agents adhere to customer service levels and targets outlined in service level agreements (SLAs). The last few months have seen the star rating system integrated into movewithus’ online system, allowing customers, agents and developers to view the very best agents in their area, with a breakdown of their performance in a number of service areas.
Robin King, movewithus founding director, said: “We only publish our top agents on our website. This way, developers can assess, in real time, the level of service being carried out on their behalf. It rewards the top performing agents and gives agents who are not working to their full potential a target to work towards.”
The star ratings assess movewithus’ member agents in a number of ways; the turnaround time of valuations, the speed at which they are brought to market and sold and, most importantly, the accuracy of the initial valuation against the final sale price.
Robin King added: “A number of agents have visited the movewithus offices recently to sign SLAs, attracted by the prestige that comes with gaining a top star rating. The fact that 96% of agents believe that industry standards need to rise is a signal that agents welcome these efforts to ensure best practice methods are being implemented across the board. It’s part of movewithus’ effort to promote transparency and the sharing of information to bring more certainty to the marketplace.”
