Complete Probate package provides stress-free security

After a successful six month trial, movewithus is announcing the nationwide launch of its Probate service, an inclusive package provided to solicitors and estate managers for the valuation, maintenance and sale management of vacant properties.

Working with leading national solicitors and local probate experts and in partnership with their executors and families, movewithus utilise their property sale experience to ensure that each property is sold at maximum value. Taking all the stress and hassle away from the bereaved family and their solicitors.

Peter Gammon, movewithus asset management director, said: “We offer high-level sales management services to the repossession, equity release and housing sectors and we quickly identified that our strict ‘best practice’ procedures could assist solicitors and professionals in the management of selling property assets. By offering a complete solution, including maintenance and refurbishment, HIPs and conveyancing, the Probate sector has welcomed the support we offer.”

After arranging for the property to be valued by independent estate agents, movewithus work with the executor to agree the most appropriate marketing strategy and proactively market the property through to completion, making sure that the client is kept up to date throughout the whole process with regular marketing reports. Clients can also track the progress of the transaction at any time using movewithus’ innovative online tracking system, which allows them to fully understand their stock and where they are at any stage of the process.

By offering movewithus’ HIPs, maintenance and conveyancing, the service provides the complete package to support the client during this stressful and distressing time.

The launch of the service is great news for movewithus’ member agents. It provides an additional source of saleable property, meaning more sales in difficult market conditions.
