Utilising the latest technology in satellite mapping, we have developed an interactive map for developers, enabling them to locate each of their properties as well as indicate the current market status.
The system uses Google Map technology to automatically focus in on all of the client’s properties, whether a single or multiple portfolio.
Incorporating full interactive functionality, simply clicking on a property will highlight the address, image, price, sale-status and link through to the main details display page. Pete Gammon, asset management director at movewithus, has developed the software in conjunction with the movewithus IT team.
Gammon says; “movewithus has long understood what clients need to assist them in their roles, including the use of the very latest software tools. We continually look at ways of improving our services. By offering a live view of their portfolio, each client will quickly be able to spot which area may need further focus to achieve increased sales.”
The innovative system is a step towards offering developer clients the complete online package where they can keep track of every detail of the progress of their sales in real-time.
For our existing clients, the property location map is accessed via a clearly visible image displayed on the left hand side when logging into their 'members area'. The facility is live and ready for use - log in now to take advantage of this exciting new innovation!
