movewithus has launched a star-rating system for member agents based on their levels of service from a number of key performance indicators. The rating system is built on recently signed service level agreements (SLAs) between movewithus and its member agents to ensure the very highest standards are being provided on behalf of developer clients.
To deliver on their SLA pledges, agents are required to perform to a consistently high standard from initial valuation to sale completion. In an effort to help developers better understand how agents are performing on their behalf, movewithus introduced a star–rating system, designed to rate agents on how they perform in a number of measurable areas – the time taken to value, market and agree the sale of a property - as well as the accuracy of the initial recommended marketing price against the final sale price. From these ratings, an average is calculated to give an overall agent star-rating - five-stars being the highest.
It marks a fresh approach to the way property professionals do business. Developers and lenders can now assess in detail the level of service agents are providing on their behalf and will be able to see in clear, concise terms, how their relationship with movewithus is beneficial.
Top performing agents will be rewarded with more instructions from corporate clients. It marks an exciting new development in customer service accountability.
