Estate Agent Douglas Allen, part of the Arun Estates property network, has been piloting an innovative online system to increase control of their sales pipeline and assist them in delivering great service to their customers. The system, called 'Chain Checker', was designed by property specialists, movewithus.
In an evolving property market, consumers want online systems that are quick, convenient and fit in with a fast-paced lifestyle. They want to experience the same service online as they would receive offline from their local high street agency. Likewise, agents should feel comfortable delivering online services.
The 'Chain Checker' system allows all parties involved in a transaction to contribute to the chain at any time, keeping everyone up to date.

The 'Chain Checker' system is being showcased by its developers movewithus at this year’s PCS Expo in London. movewithus will be demonstrating this, along with other online innovations 'My Grapevine' and 'Online Office'. They will also be hosting a seminar, titled The Fleet of Foot Agency, about the need for agents to be willing to be flexible and modernise as the changing market dictates. The transition to, and benefits of online services will be a prevalent theme throughout.
