Ms Sharp, a full time nurse who works long hours at unsociable times, was unsatisfied with the service she was receiving from her Solicitors.
“I was originally using another Solicitors firm which I won’t mention”, said Ms Sharp. “My job means that I don’t have time to be messing around. I need results and I want to be kept up-to-date with what’s going on with my affairs.”
Ms Sharp was in the middle of moving home. She was trying to deal with all aspects of the moving process herself, an undertaking which was proving more hassle than it was worth.
“The Solicitors I had been using didn’t seem to be getting anywhere. I tried to call numerous times to speed up the process but no one seemed to be answering.”
Ms Sharp’s problems started in May and by August were still not resolved. It was at this point, with her patience running understandably thin, that she contacted movewithus.
“I contacted Jodie Carson in the conveyancing department. He told me that movewithus could help me by using accredited Solicitors with a proven track record in my area. Within one week my transaction had been completed.”
The conveyancing consultant dealing with Ms Sharp’s case noticed that the hold up in proceedings was being caused by a certain document not being signed.
“I couldn’t believe it when I found out - one document! I should’ve used movewithus before!”
Ms Sharp added, “I want my information in clear and concise terms. movewithus kept me informed throughout the whole process and the personal consultant assigned to my case meant that I knew I was a priority. I was extremely satisfied!”
