New online options for agents

movewithus Online Solutions have launched two new initiatives to help agents generate new business and deliver great service in today’s market. As well as a new integrated HIPs service, January sees the launch of Online Office Compact, a streamlined version of Online Office.
movewithus integrated HIPs and conveyancing takes something complicated and makes it breathtakingly simple. With the click of a mouse, agents can order and track their HIPs from the comfort of their Dezrez or Vebra desktop.
Simon King, movewithus online solutions director, said: “We have worked closely with leading agency software providers to deliver the easiest solution to HIP ordering. With nearly 80% of vendors ordering integrated HIPs also taking advantage of movewithus’ conveyancing, our service offers significant additional revenues to our member agents.”
Launched in January, Online Office Compact gives estate agents quick and easy access to an industry leading website with minimal outlay. A slimmed down version of the original, Compact gives estate agents the ideal tools to effectively market themselves online.
Simon King commented: “We have been listening to the needs of our agents. They love Online Office but have asked for a less complex alternative. We have designed Compact in answer to their needs. Easy to order and quick to go live, it has many of the features found on national property portals at just a third of the cost of regular Online Office. Agents also have the ability to add additional services separately as their businesses grow.”
One such agent is Curtis-Hammond, established recently in the Borough of Bexley, London. Founder Mr Hammond said: “In my previous role working for an established agent, I knew first-hand the benefits that Online Office brings, helping win instructions and generate buyers. Online Office Compact allows me to keep my spend down and expand my office online as I plan to do in the high street - it’s perfect!”
