"I have been with the company since January 2011 and I was originally employed as a trainee. This meant I spent nine months exploring the company and working within different departments to gain an overall picture of what Move with Us do as a company and how each departments makes the company what it is today.
I spent my time as a Valuation Manager, valuing properties on behalf of the developer for part exchange purposes. I felt this department was for me as I settled and got stuck in as best I could. Before I knew it was time to move departments once more. In July i moved into the asset management department. Here I dealt with repossessions and properties in need of maintenance.
I have now been offered a role in developer and already feel part of the team and as if I have been here for many years. Throughout my experience at Move with Us I have gained lots of experience and have a good overall of what the company does. Through my experience as a trainee I feel I have gained a good understanding of what the company does and how each department helps provide the services Move with Us can offer. I would recommend the trainee program to anyone."

"I have worked for Move with Us for nearly 15 years, since the very early days, and I can honestly say the company never sits still. We are constantly looking to improve and develop our services, we have gone from a small team of five to a large team of over 300 in the last 15 years, but that does not change our passion to improve.
My roles have changed over the years, from working part time in the evening call centre, to running the solicitor relationship team. We have been through some challenging markets, including tough financial climates, but our team is still growing. I think this shows the strength of the business and the leadership we have.
To support me, Move with Us has sent me on some very effective training courses that have helped me to develop my skills and experience. It’s also a big benefit that I also work within a very supportive management team.
I enjoy coming to work each and every day, there is always something new to learn or a new client to help. It can be very stressful at times, but always interesting. I wonder what the next 15 years will bring, and I hope I am still here to see it happen."
