"I am delighted to have been involved with both movewithus from it's early inception and of more recent times the creation of their new MEG initiative. The idea of an elite group of agents around the country 'competing' on peripheral products is something that I have been a big advocate of right from day one.
 
At Ashley and Peck we pride ourselves in offering 'excellent' service to both purchasers and vendors. We all know that our reputation is at stake each and every day. The added services that we can now offer to our portfolio of products through movewithus has become a great attraction to our clients, that infamous one stop shop. Our staff now have learnt to expect the additional revenue that movewithus brings to them each month.
 
Out of area referrals with movewithus have always been close to my heart and wallet, offering a conveyancing service was a product that we took longer to 'buy into' but the rewards to our clients (and to our pockets) have been excellent over the last two years.
 
I admit to being an ardent supporter and fan of the whole movewithus concept - and having to compete against other firms of high standing in their market place is bound to attract fun and interest. I don't mind as long as we win and my offices are at the top of the "I" and the "P" league come the end of this quarter!
 
To add to the spice of it all and prove that we, down here in the South East, don't mind a bit of competition I am quite happy to encourage you all to refer, refer, refer by admitting that we currently have 10 properties sold subject to contract or exchanged with other agents across the country ... a further six currently on the market. This alone gives us a pipeline income of 10K and the good news is there is a further 14 valued and hopefully going on the market. If you are one of the agents who has one of these properties, thanks for looking after them for me and I look forward to the 20% cheque arriving!
