Egypt Property

Just five hours flight time away from the UK, Egypt is a world apart. A rich culture that is steeped in history is the backbone of this nation, and the reason why tourists have been flocking here for years. There is however a new generation of tourist who is being attracted by the fantastic all year round sunshine, great beaches and the low cost of living. The two most popular regions for the tourists who flock to Egypt are the beautiful and sunny Red Sea coast and fascinating capital, Cairo.

Cairo, logically, is the focal point of the country. Investment properties in the city can be a lucrative purchase though they are most likely to be pure investments. Many buyers prefer therefore to invest in the holiday’s resorts on the Red Sea as they offer more flexibility and potential for own use along with significant capital appreciation driven by the increasing tourist trade.

Two of the best known resorts are Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh which are on opposite sides of the red sea. These resorts offer great facilities, but further purpose-built resorts are being built along the coast of the Red Sea all the time, each one learning more from the experiences of the last so that the latest resorts are some of the most modern and well-designed in the whole region. Many of these resorts are around Hurghada, the coastal town that provides much of the focus for tourists in the area. More international flights are arriving into the airport all the time, and as the local infrastructure develop, so more tourists are attracted to the area.

The new nearby resort of Sahl Hasheesh is now being looked at with increasing interest with its promise of offering a high class resort with an extensive range of facilities.
