The two leading companies have teamed up to create an innovative ‘Part-exchange’ scheme, which enables purchasers to move into a brand new ‘Asprey’ home with the minimum of stress and maximum efficiency.
The aim of the ‘Asprey Homes’ ‘Part-exchange’ scheme, is to make the moving process as quick and painless as possible for home-movers and has proven particularly successful at the Charterhouse Place Development in Orpington, Kent. Twelve homes are currently being built at the site. All have sold, despite recent fears of a tightening market.
The scheme works when an ‘Asprey Homes’ purchaser is in a chain situation, whereby they are trying to sell their existing home in order to complete their purchase of the new property.

After reserving their plot, ‘Asprey Homes’ arranged for their existing property to be valued by three independent agents, made an offer to Mr and Mrs Li to buy the property and within a few weeks the sale of the property was complete.
